Back under control. My weight is somewhat down. I’m now .8 of a pound less than when I started five days ago. Nothing to write home about, but certainly better than GAINING weight! Still not enough vegetables. I need to start buying or making salads. Whole Foods used to have a garlicy kale salad that was pretty task, filling and not too expensive. I went to the market yesterday. Bought nothing really bad (bananas, oat bread, sliced turkey, horseradish cheddar (for sandwiches), Kashi Go Lean, walnuts, yogurt). Avoiding desserts. I ‘m reminded that if you cheat on your diet you’ll always get caught! Write if you get a chance!
