Kuzma (Matty) DomancichFounder
Maty Dimancich started The Bike Palace in 1973 at the current location. Matty’s background had been in the automotive industry, where he served as a mechanic and salesperson, but most recently as an owner of a Shell service station, that was directly across the street. His expertise as a mechanic, made Matty enjoy the bicycle business immediately. Matty’s enthusiasm and genuine interest in each customer set a standard we try to match each and every day.

Nick Rubilar is our newest mechanic. He has five years experience as a professional mechanic, but don’t let that fool you. Nick built and selected the parts on his customized cruiser, shown above (that’s Nick’s daughter in the background).
