Mishawi Salad to the Rescue

Finally, my diet’s getting better. Still not perfect, but better. I had a turkey and cheese sandwich for lunch with a banana and a Mishawi salad for dinner. My numbers are much improved (down 1.4 pounds). At least we’re moving in the right direction!
